I don't know what the story is with Bloodsongs #9. What I do remember is Steve telling me that he wasn't happy with how Bloodsongs was being handled by its new owners. Apparently they were not replying promptly to his emails and were also tardy and unprofessional in the way they were dealing with their subscribers and contributors.
I have never seen a copy of this issue. The image of the cover and the contents list I got from searching on the internet.
